Takealong is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your use of the app.

Takealong Plus

The app is free to download. Active checking, editing and reminder features require an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The monthly price is US $1.99 in the United States and ¥200 in Japan. Prices in other regions are shown in the App Store and on the purchase confirmation sheet before you subscribe.

Eligible new subscribers receive a one-month free trial. After the trial, the monthly subscription renews automatically at the displayed price unless canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current subscription period ends to avoid the next charge.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. You can also open Manage Subscription from Takealong Plus. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles payments and refund requests; visit Apple billing support for help.

Your saved data

Without an active subscription, you can view saved templates and history, export backups, manage history storage and restore local automatic backups. Use Restore Purchases in Takealong Plus to restore access to an existing subscription.

Reminders and backups

Takealong helps you check your things, but notification delivery depends on your device, permission settings and the operating system. Keep a separate exported backup of important lists before replacing a device or removing the app. Automatic app backups are stored locally on your iPhone.
